Cruise line review

Regent Seven Seas Cruises

Unlimited shore excursions, every drink, every restaurant and, on many fares, your flights: Regent is the cruise line where the bill at the end is almost a formality.

The line

Regent is the ultra-luxury sister of Oceania, known for one of the most inclusive fares in cruising and long Grand Voyages. Its first new ship class in a decade begins with Seven Seas Prestige, which debuts on 13 December 2026 with a transatlantic crossing from Barcelona to Miami.

The ships

Six all-suite ships carrying roughly 500 to 750 guests: Navigator, Mariner, Voyager, Explorer, Splendor and Grandeur. Seven Seas Navigator leaves the fleet in late 2026. Seven Seas Prestige carries 822 guests with far more space per guest and new restaurants.

Cabins and suites

Every suite has a balcony or veranda on the newer ships, with walk-in wardrobes and marble bathrooms. Concierge-level suites and above add pre-cruise hotel stays; the Regent Suites are among the largest at sea.

Food and drink

Every restaurant is included, from Compass Rose to Pacific Rim, Chartreuse and Prime 7 steakhouse, along with fine wines, premium spirits and Champagne.

Onboard life

Polished, spacious and unhurried, with excellent service. The atmosphere is adult in tone, though the line is not adults-only.

Excursions

Unlimited shore excursions in every port are included, from city tours to food and wine outings. Premium and private tours cost extra. Book the popular ones as soon as booking opens.

What is included

Flights on many fares, transfers, unlimited excursions, all dining, drinks, Wi-Fi, gratuities and valet laundry. Regent offers All-Inclusive and Ultimate All-Inclusive fares, so compare the two.

Who will love it

Travellers who want everything taken care of and value excursions and service above design flourishes. Ideal for long voyages and world cruise segments.
